I cannot express just how impressed I was with Wendy's hosting at this property. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a problem of no hot water, but Wendy swiftly resolved the issue and even went above and beyond by offering us wine and nibbles as a gesture of apology. the room itself exceeded my expectations with a full-sized fridge, a microwave, and even breakfast cereal provided, which was a delightful surprise. the attention to detail in the room decor was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens. the communication with Wendy was excellent, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a self-catered breakfast. the location was convenient, with easy access to the town center and a fantastic Indian takeaway nearby. Overall, this stay far exceeded my high expectations, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
